Our TRADE IN SERVICE
Trade In Your Old Golf Clubs at EP Golf Studios
Upgrading your golf clubs? Trade in your old golf equipment at EP Golf Studios and put its value towards your next set of clubs.
We've partnered with Nearly New Golf Clubs (NNGC) to make trading in your existing equipment simple. Get an online valuation, bring your clubs into our studio in Newbury, Berkshire, and use the agreed trade in value towards your next golf club upgrade.
How Does Our Golf Club Trade-In Work?
The process is straightforward:
1. Get your valuation
Ahead of your custom fitting with us, use our online trade-in service to get an indication of what your current golf clubs are worth using the link below.
2. Happy with the valuation of your clubs?
If so, put in your details, including your e-mail address to submit the quote. When you have your fitting, bring your reference number with you, which will be on the e-mail you receive from NNGC.
3. Put the value towards your new clubs
The agreed trade in value can then be used towards your next equipment upgrade, making it easier to move into new clubs without your old equipment sitting unused or having to sell them on yourself.
We will then take the clubs off you when you bring them to the fitting, or when you come to collect your new clubs. We will organise the rest.
Trade In Your Golf Clubs When You Get Fitted
One of the biggest advantages of trading in through EP Golf Studios is that your trade-in and custom fitting can happen as part of the same upgrade process.
We'll first establish whether new equipment can genuinely improve your game. Using our Foresight Sports GCQuad, we'll test your current clubs and compare them against potential replacements.
If your existing clubs are still performing well, we'll tell you. We don't believe in replacing equipment simply for the sake of it.
If we do find an opportunity to improve your performance, your old clubs can be traded in and the value put towards your new equipment.
That means you can go from:
Current clubs → Data-driven fitting → New equipment → Trade-in value
All through one straightforward process.
What Golf Clubs Can I Trade In?
Trade in eligibility and value will depend on the clubs, their condition, age and current demand. You can use the online valuation service to find out what your equipment may be worth.
We can help with trade ins for a wide range of golf equipment, including:

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I trade in my golf clubs when I have a fitting?
Yes. We can combine your fitting and trade in as part of the same equipment upgrade.
Do I have to buy new clubs to trade in my old ones?
Our trade-in service is designed around putting the value of your existing clubs towards your next upgrade. The valuation process will confirm the available trade-in value.
How much are my golf clubs worth?
The value depends on the make, model, age and condition of your equipment. Use our online valuation service for an up-to-date estimate.
Can I trade in clubs that weren't fitted at EP Golf Studios?
Yes. Your existing clubs don't need to have been purchased or fitted by us.
Is trade-in available if I'm not sure I need new clubs?
Absolutely. In fact, we'd recommend starting with a fitting or analysis if you're unsure. If your current clubs are performing well, we'll tell you rather than recommend replacing them unnecessarily.
Can I change my mind once I’ve submitted a quote?
No, there’s no harm in getting a quote. If you decide not to trade in, just let us know, so we can cancel the trade in with NNGC.
