Can a high handicap benefit from custom fitting?
100% yes! Arguably they will benefit more than a scratch handicapper.
The compounding results you will see as a higher handicapper if we can get every area of your bag just right, will be staggering.
We will hone in on your strengths, utilise them to the fullest, then make the game as easy as we possibly can in your weakest areas.
And don’t worry about performing well in the fitting, we make the atmosphere super laid back, and we will always get enough data to be sure we are making the right decision for you.
Do custom fitted clubs cost more?
Not at all! We can work within any budget you need us to.
Although we are a specialist fitting company we also carry the manufacturer stock shafts, so we can be the same price as any online retailer. The only small additional cost will be paying for our expert time in the fitting bay, which we guarantee is worth every penny.
The downside to restricting us to manufacturer stock shafts is that we will only have a few options to work with during the fitting. Whereas our extensive range of aftermarket exotic shafts allow us to tinker with a whole host of variables to make sure we get the right fit for you.
Our aftermarket shafts range from £75 to £300. If you have a budget please let your fitter know and we will happily keep within it.
Do I have to purchase clubs if I come for a fitting?
Of course not!
You are under no obligation to place an order when you come for a fitting. sometimes we even recommend that you don’t.
If your current clubs are performing amazingly for you then we will not try and sell you any clubs if they will not improve your game.
Similarly, if there are some swing faults that are preventing you from being optimised or reaching your full potential, then we may recommend you work on these issues before purchasing new clubs. If that is the case we will happily offer you a free fitting session once you have improved your swing and are ready for new clubs.
Can I leave with my new clubs the same day?
Unfortunately not no, but we will get them to you as quick as we possibly can.
With hundreds of different clubs, and thousands of different combinations, it would not be possible for us to stock every single combination, so everything is custom ordered to your exact specifications. That way you know we are completely unbiased in our fitting process and we are not trying to fit you into something just because we have it in stock.
We are only interested in whats best for you.
How long will my new clubs take to come?
Your new custom fitted clubs can take anywhere from two up to five weeks, depending on what you have ordered.
But we will keep you updated throughout the process so you know exactly what is going on and when to expect them.
Do I have to collect my clubs or can you ship them to me?
Of course we can ship your clubs out to you.
If you would like your clubs shipping out to you please just let your fitter know when you are placing the order, they will note down your shipping address.
We will double check each and every club before they get shipped to ensure everything is 100% correct and there are no issues with them. Once we are happy and they are packaged up and ready to go, we will contact you to let you know. We will post them on a 24 hour service and we are happy to post them on a convenient date for you to make sure you are in to take receipt of your new clubs.
Do I have to pay for everything up front?
Not at all, we like to take a 50% deposit upon an order being placed for new clubs.
We can then settle the remaining balance when you are collecting the clubs, or if we are shipping the clubs to you then we will ring to take remaining payment once we have made sure the clubs are tip top and are boxed up ready to be posted to you. Or if you prefer you can send us the money via a bank transfer, which ever works best for you.

What happens if there are any issues with my clubs?
This will be extremely rare. Everything will be meticulously checked before your clubs are collected or shipped out to you.
However, in very rare cases things such as epoxy failure can happen. Heads or ferrules can come loose if there has been an issue with a batch of epoxy. But in the very unlikely event something like this does happen, once we have the club(s) we will rectify the issue within 24 hours and get the club(s) straight back to you.
